Systeme.io Pricing (2026): Which Plan Should You Choose?

Guides

Systeme.io is known for offering a surprisingly capable free plan, but at some point you may start wondering:

Do I actually need to upgrade?

And if you do, which Systeme.io plan makes the most sense?

The answer depends less on finding the “best” plan and more on understanding what limits you’re actually hitting.

For many new creators and solopreneurs, the Free plan may be enough to start. As your contact list, funnels, automations, or products grow, the paid plans become more useful.

In this guide, I’ll break down Systeme.io’s current pricing, what you get with each plan, and which type of user should consider each option.

Pricing note: Systeme.io pricing can vary by page, offer, billing period, or region. At the time of this review, official Systeme.io pages displayed different Startup prices in some cases. Always check the current official pricing page before upgrading.

Systeme.io also offers annual billing, which can reduce the effective cost compared with paying monthly.

One notable feature is that email sending is unlimited across the plans, although contact limits vary.

Let’s look at each plan individually.

Systeme.io Free Plan — Best for Beginners

Price: $0

For someone starting from scratch, this is where I would begin.

The Free plan currently includes:

  • Up to 2,000 contacts
  • 3 sales funnels
  • 15 funnel steps
  • 1 email campaign
  • Unlimited email newsletters
  • Unlimited email sending
  • 1 automation rule
  • 1 workflow
  • 1 custom domain
  • 1 website
  • 1 blog
  • 1 online course
  • 1 community

You can also create unlimited blog posts within the included blog.

That’s enough functionality to test a real online business without immediately paying for another marketing subscription.

When I tested Systeme.io, I used the Free plan to create a basic creator website with its visual editor.

I was able to change the layout and copy without writing code.

The main friction I encountered was email setup with my own sender domain, which required domain authentication.

Still, for $0, the Free plan gives you a lot to experiment with.

Best for:

  • New creators
  • New affiliate marketers
  • Small email lists
  • Testing a business idea
  • Building your first funnel
  • Creating a simple course

Systeme.io Startup Plan — Best for Growing Solo Businesses

The Startup plan is the first paid tier.

Compared with Free, it increases several important limits.

You currently get up to:

  • 5,000 contacts
  • 10 sales funnels
  • 50 funnel steps
  • 10 email campaigns
  • 10 automation rules
  • 5 workflows
  • 3 custom domains
  • 5 websites
  • 5 blogs
  • 5 courses
  • 5 communities

For most solo businesses, this is probably the first upgrade worth considering.

You don’t need to upgrade simply because your business has made its first dollar.

Upgrade when the Free plan is actually restricting something you’re trying to do.

For example, Startup becomes more useful if you need:

  • More than three funnels
  • More automation rules
  • Multiple websites or blogs
  • More than one course
  • More than 2,000 contacts

Best for:

A growing creator or solopreneur who has validated their business and is beginning to outgrow the Free plan.

Systeme.io Webinar Plan — Best for Webinar-Based Businesses

Price: $47/month on the official pricing page checked for this article.

The Webinar plan is where Systeme.io adds significantly more capacity.

It currently includes up to:

  • 10,000 contacts
  • 50 funnels
  • 300 funnel steps
  • 100 email campaigns
  • 100 automation rules
  • 20 workflows
  • 10 custom domains
  • 20 websites
  • 20 blogs
  • 20 courses
  • 20 communities
  • 10 evergreen webinars

The most obvious reason to choose this plan is right in the name:

evergreen webinars.

The Free and Startup plans don’t include evergreen webinars, while the Webinar tier currently allows up to 10.

That makes this tier more relevant for businesses using automated webinars as part of their sales funnel.

Best for:

  • Webinar funnels
  • Larger email lists
  • Businesses running many funnels
  • More complex automation
  • Course businesses with multiple offers

If you aren’t using webinars and haven’t reached the Startup limits, you probably don’t need this tier yet.

Systeme.io Unlimited Plan — Best for Established or Scaling Businesses

Price: $97/month on the official pricing page checked for this article.

Unlimited is the highest standard Systeme.io tier.

As the name suggests, many of the major limits disappear.

The current plan includes unlimited:

  • Contacts
  • Sales funnels
  • Funnel steps
  • Email campaigns
  • Automation rules
  • Workflows
  • Custom domains
  • Websites
  • Blogs
  • Courses
  • Communities
  • Evergreen webinars

Systeme.io also states that all plans include unlimited email sending, and its Unlimited plan removes the contact limit as well.

For a new creator, Unlimited is almost certainly unnecessary.

But the economics can become more interesting once your business is large enough to require many funnels, automations, domains, or contacts.

Best for:

  • Established online businesses
  • Large contact databases
  • Agencies or multi-project operators
  • Businesses running many funnels
  • Heavy automation users

Which Systeme.io Plan Should You Choose?

Here’s the simplest way I would decide.

Choose Free if…

You’re starting a new online business.

You have fewer than 2,000 contacts.

You’re building your first few funnels.

You want to test Systeme.io before spending money.

For most beginners, this is my recommendation.

There is very little reason to pay immediately when you haven’t hit the Free plan’s limits yet.

Choose Startup if…

Your business is already getting traction.

You’re approaching 2,000 contacts.

You need more funnels or automation.

You’re running multiple courses, websites, or projects.

This is likely the most logical paid upgrade for many solopreneurs.

Choose Webinar if…

Evergreen webinars are an important part of your sales process.

Or you’re beginning to exceed Startup’s other limits.

Don’t upgrade solely because “Webinar” sounds more professional.

Upgrade because you’re going to use the additional capacity.

Choose Unlimited if…

Your business is operating at a scale where limits are becoming an operational problem.

At that point, $97 per month may be reasonable compared with paying separately for funnel software, email marketing, course hosting, and automation.

But most beginners don’t need it.

Is Systeme.io Really Free?

Yes.

Systeme.io currently offers a $0 Free plan and states that no credit card is required to get started.

This isn’t simply a short free trial. Systeme.io states that its Free plan never expires and does not require a credit card.

The Free plan has feature and usage limits, but you can use it without immediately upgrading to a paid subscription.

That’s one of the main reasons I think Systeme.io is interesting for new solopreneurs.

You can build first and decide whether to pay later.

Does Systeme.io Charge Transaction Fees?

According to its current pricing table, Systeme.io lists 0% transaction fees across its plans.

That doesn’t mean payment processing itself is free.

If you’re accepting payments through a processor such as Stripe or PayPal, their own processing fees may still apply.

The distinction matters:

Systeme.io platform transaction fee: 0%

does not mean:

Every payment you receive has zero fees.

Is Annual Billing Cheaper?

Systeme.io currently advertises annual billing with the equivalent of two months free compared with monthly billing.

But I wouldn’t automatically choose annual billing just because the effective monthly price is lower.

If you’re brand new, start Free.

If you’ve already validated the platform and know you’ll use a paid tier for the next year, annual billing becomes much easier to justify.

When Should You Upgrade from Systeme.io Free?

This is probably more important than asking which paid plan has the most features.

Upgrade when you can identify a specific limitation that’s stopping you.

For example:

“I need more than 2,000 contacts.”

That’s a reason.

“I need additional automation rules.”

That’s a reason.

“I need evergreen webinars.”

That’s a reason.

But:

“The paid plan looks more professional.”

isn’t a good reason.

Your software expenses should ideally follow business needs, not come before them.

That’s also the approach I recommend in my guide to building an online business with free tools.

How to Build an Online Business with Free Tools in 2026

Systeme.io Pricing vs Using Multiple Tools

Systeme.io becomes more interesting when you consider what it’s replacing.

Depending on your setup, you might otherwise pay separately for:

  • Website software
  • Funnel software
  • Email marketing
  • Automation
  • Course hosting
  • Affiliate management

That doesn’t automatically mean Systeme.io is cheaper for everyone.

Specialized tools can be better at individual jobs.

For example, creators focused primarily on newsletters may prefer a dedicated email platform such as Kit.

Systeme.io vs Kit (2026): Which Is Better for Creators?

The value proposition of Systeme.io is primarily consolidation.

Instead of connecting several different platforms, you can manage many parts of an online business under one account.

I’ve also compared Systeme.io with several other all-in-one platforms here:

Best All-in-One Marketing Platforms for Solopreneurs

My Recommendation

For most new solo creators, I’d start with Free.

Not Startup.

Not Webinar.

Not Unlimited.

Free.

Build your first funnel.

Collect your first subscribers.

Publish your first content.

Try the automation tools.

If you eventually hit a real limit, upgrade to the tier that removes that particular limitation.

That’s much more sensible than paying for capacity you aren’t using.

The Free plan is also what I used when testing Systeme.io for this site.

If you want to try it yourself, you can create an account without entering a credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Systeme.io plans?

Systeme.io currently offers four plans: Free ($0), Startup, Webinar ($47/month), and Unlimited ($97/month). See the pricing table above for what each plan includes and which one fits your stage of business.

Does Systeme.io have a lifetime deal?

Systeme.io’s standard pricing page doesn’t list a regular paid lifetime license alongside the Free, Startup, Webinar, and Unlimited plans above. Systeme.io has, at times, run separate limited-time pages using “lifetime deal” or discount language. If you come across one of these offers, verify the current terms directly on Systeme.io’s own site before purchasing, since availability and conditions can change.

What is the official Systeme.io pricing?

The prices in this article reflect Systeme.io’s official pricing page at the time of research. Because Systeme.io has shown different Startup pricing across pages and promotions, always confirm current pricing on Systeme.io’s official pricing page before upgrading.

Final Verdict

Systeme.io’s pricing structure is relatively straightforward:

Free — best for beginners and testing.

Startup — best for growing solo businesses that need higher limits.

Webinar — best when evergreen webinars or substantially higher capacity matter.

Unlimited — best for established businesses that are consistently hitting limits.

The most important thing isn’t choosing the biggest plan.

It’s choosing the smallest plan that can comfortably run your business.

For many new creators, that means paying $0 until there’s a genuine reason to upgrade.
